IV - 4 - 1) The company shall respect the right of all personnel to form and join trade unions of their choice and to bargain collectively.

(IV - 4 - 2) The company shall, in those situations in which the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining are restricted under law, facilitate parallel means of independent and free association and bargaining for all such personnel.

Freedom of Association: Workers are free to join any Union or Political parties.

Collective Bargaining: No Union in the factories.


(IV - 5 - 1) The Company shall not engage in or support discrimination in hiring, remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement based on race, caste, national origin, relation, disability, gender, sexual orientation, union membership, political affiliation or age.

(IV - 5 - 2) The company shall not interfere with the exercise of the rights of personnel to observe tenets or practices or to meet needs relating to race, caste, national origin, relation, disability, gender, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation.

(IV - 5 - 3) The company shall not allow behaviour including gestures, language and physical contact that is sexually coercive, threatening, abusive or exploitative.

Gender: No favour to any gender but looking at more physical work mostly. Male workers are working in this industry.

Race: No interference.

Age: Minimum 18 years.

Caste: No favour to any particular caste. Workers from all castes are working and are welcome to work with us.

Origin: No favour to any origin.

Religion: No favour to any religion.

Disability: No workers with disability so far.

Sexual Orientation: No sexual orientation.

Union Affiliation: Free to join any union.

Political Affiliation: Free to join any political party.


SA 8000 (V - 6 -1) The company shall not engage in or support the use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion and verbal abuse.

Sexual Harassment: No Sexual Harassment.

Corporal Punishment: No corporal punishment by management.

Mental Coercion: No mental coercion.

Verbal Abuses: No verbal abuse.

Physical Abuse: No physical abuse.
